"Shoot one maybe...have you ever seen what happens when you bite one? As a Lycan."

Lauren smiled back at Lucian and said, "I was only joking."
"Have you shot a vampire before? And what does happen if you bite a vampire as a lycan?" Lauren asked curious for Lucian's answer.

Lucian replied with the smirk returning to a smile
"Many, they were and some still are trying to hunt our kind into extinction. One has to defend themself. A Lycan bite is lethal to a vampire, something to do with what turns us into Lycan kills one already turned into a vampire."

"Alright." She replied simply as she watched him get up. Sophia surveyed the room quickly out of habit. God knows in her work you always had to be on top of things and know your surrounding just in case. Nothing really out of the ordinary but tonight had obviously been the night for all the creepy crawlies. Their count was 2 lycans so far. For the life of her, Sophie could not figure out why lycans would want to drink coffee of any kind but obviously she was wrong.
Her gaze focused back on Chad as he arrived back to the table with a very curious expression and then he had told her that he heard his name mentioned from a couple not too far away from their own table. "Maybe there's another Chad?" Not likely, but hey, who knows. She lowered her voice slightly. "Do you think they're from Chthon?"

His eyes widened at the possibility of the two strangers being from Chthon. "I have no idea." He inhaled slowly. "They don't...smell like vampires. Although it's hard to tell with all of the people in here." He lowered his voice even more. "Still, even if they aren't vampires, they could be familiars."
