Character Name: Isabella "Izzy" Kerr
Race: Er... that's a bit more complicated. She's the first vampire in centuries to have a soul but still has all of the weaknesses of a normal vampire.
Physical Description: Long flowing dark hair and green eyes. She stands at 5'3" with a very lean, athletic build.
Age: Twenty-one years old.
Hobbies: None to really speak of.
Goals:Secretly, she wishes to somehow be human again although she realizes that it is impossible.
Personality: Unlike most of Isabella's age group she was definitely the black sheep among the rest. After dropping out of college she pursued her career as a journalist in Detroit's prestigious newspaper. She is determined and sometimes aggressive to get 'the dirt' on a story. Other than that, she is a bumbling business woman just trying to make her deadline. When getting to know the girl behind the journalist, Izzy was genuinely a very friendly, girl-next-door type person. Down to earth and thinking on her feet has helped her get through life easily.
After being changed by Marcus, things changed entirely. She was anything but down to earth and humble. She was actually the polar opposite of the journalist Izzy; everything she wasn't. This was only temporary until Ty had given her soul back.
Currently, the new and improved Izzy is back to her old personality with a few more quirks. She appears more distant and worried than she had ever been and has a new found love with Ty.
History: Isabella Kerr was born to Diana and Michael Kerr in Detroit, Michigan. Her parents were killed mysteriously in a car crash where their bodies were never found. She was raised by her grandfather in France until the age of 18 when she moved back to Michigan to her roots. During her stay in France, Isabella had the chance to admire the architecture and beauty of buildings.
Since then, she decided to study the different architectures around the world in college. It was spur of the moment when she suddenly decided to switch careers and drop out of college to pursue journalism. Izzy is not editor just yet but is slowly working her way up. Her only ticket to achieving this is getting a hard-hitting story on Marcus Van Sciver. She's determined to get this story at any risk and will do almost anything to get it. These character flaws of hers have lead her to her death, inevitably.
After weeks and weeks of tailing Mr. Van Sciver and driving him nuts he finally granted her an interview. Although she did get the interview Izzy knew something was missing. She just didn't know what. That is, until a few days later when a woman by the name of Abigale had given her the one thing that would turn her story around. The woman informed her that Marcus Van Sciver was in fact, a vampire that had killed her parents. Abigale told her the whole story and how she witnessed it. Being a journalist you had to be very open-minded about things so she decided to take the lead only because it made some sense. Why she'd only seen him go out at night, how he seemed to disappear every time she got close to finding him among other things.
When Isabella finds out the true nature of Mr. Van Sciver at the Big U Casino she is turned by Marcus in front of Ty as pure amusement. From then on things take a turn for the worst until Ty has found a loop hole to get her back. A soul.
When the orb has given back her soul things seem to get better for the two when Izzy has realized her true feelings for Ty. There is only one thing that can go wrong now. It is only a matter of time until Marcus notices one of his newly-turned fledglings has gone mysteriously missing. Or even the Lycan clan realizes a vampire is living among their territory with a Lycan. Things are bound to go wrong as worlds clash when a forbidden love is brought into the mix.
