Character Name: Darius Miguel
Race: Vampire (Pureblood infected with the Reaper strain)
Physical Description: standing at just over 6 foot Darius is a fairly imposing man without ever opening his mouth.
Age: Darius isn't sure of his age he suspects he is just over 300 years in age, partly becuase his oldest memory is of feudal Japan during the Meiji peroid (1868-1912).
Hobbies: Kendo, Iaidō, photography and hunting.
Goals: To find a cure for the Reaper strain that he has become infected with.

Personality: Darius finds himself the victim of drastic mood swingers since being infected with the Reaper strain. Generally a cheerful person, Darius always seems to be preoccupied. Always looking into the distance and trying to think three steps ahead of whatever is currently happening.

History: After being infected with the Reaper strain 4 years ago Darius's life has taken a strange turn of events. Darius's memories are fragmented to say the least, he isn't even sure if Darius Miguel is has real name. Being one of the few surviving infected at a vampire nightclub known as 'The House of Pain'. Darius has hunted down and found every other Reaper that he could hoping to learn from them but finding them all to be insane monsters. Killing them seemed like a mercy in all cases but as often as not having to flee them.
Having had a run in with Blade on one occasion who killed the Reaper that Darius was interrogating (after it escaped from Darius). Darius suspects that he has been infected with a weaker strain than most as he does not need to feed with the regularity that other Reapers have displayed but he can only feed on the blood of other vampires. This feeding need has led him to have to stay on the move never staying anywhere for any more than 6 months so far. When a rumour amerged that Marcus Van Sciver had a cure for vampiric ailments giving Darius new hope that someone could help him.
Having arrived in Detroit Darius plans to first seek out allies then find out what he can about the House of Chthon and Marcus Van Sciver.

Glad you like it, I'm a huge fan of the first Highlander movie and the series...I wouldn't mind playing Duncan McLeod but I didn't think I could get away with trying to bring in another kind of Immortal.

Glad you liked it, I don't think it will be a very long lived character but thats fine by me. I think a short lived but interesting to play character will be more interesting than the opposite to me at this point. I'm thinking this character (Darius) will make a good target for the Nightstalkers as I plan to play him as slowly being driven mad/feral by the Reaper virus/strain.

I agree. A short lived character can bring just as much to the board as a long lived character. It's exciting that he'll be a target for the Nightstalkers. ;D I can't wait to see what storylines and threads Darius will be involved in.
